It’s human nature to look the other way.
It’s easier.
It’s comfortable.
It keeps us from getting involved.
It makes things simpler.
It stops us from getting caught up in something difficult.
It’s not messy.
But, all too often, living with blinders on keeps us from getting to where it is we really want to go.
Face it, progress is almost always a messy proposition.
We can keep our hands clean or we can work to get better.
It’s unlikely that we can do both.
