Terms of Service Agreement

By enrolling in and attending classes offered by Joseph Cook/American Inspection Academy (“Instructor” or “School”), students (and their legal guardians, if applicable) agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Purpose
   The classes provided are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or any other certified advice.
2. Assumption of Risk
   Students voluntarily participate in these classes and assume any and all risks associated with their participation. The Instructor and School are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of attending these classes of implementing any ideas proposed during said classes.
3. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Instructor and School shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the classes.
4. Personal Responsibility
   Students acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and well-being while performing inspections.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
   The Instructor and School do not guarantee specific results from class participation. Educational and business success depends on individual effort and engagement.
6. Agreement to Terms
   By attending any class, students (and their guardians) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
