Chasing Ghosts

Most people are interested in growing their business, and most of those people accomplish this by getting more clients.

More clients undoubtedly means more sales, which equates to more revenue, and (hopefully) a more profitable company.

But with more sales and more clients inevitably comes more problems.

What is there was a way to increase our revenue while still serving the same number of clients?

Wouldn’t it make more sense to sell the same number of products to the same number of customers while simply increasing the quality, and therefore the price, of those products?

More revenue without the looming specter of more problems.

Sounds good to me.
