Working On It

Our lives are full of things that frustrate us: friends, family, clients, coworkers, government, entities that hold sway over our professions.

We often find ourselves angry about these things, wanting so badly to change the way things work, hoping to make things better for ourselves (and everyone else) in the process.

We’ve got to remember that we can’t make our lives any better by trying to change something else.

There’s only one thing that’s totally under our control.

Why not start changing things a bit closer to home, working on ourselves, our attitudes, our reactions, our business model?

If we change these things, maybe all that other stuff won’t seem to matter as much.
