If you received a paper ticket from the online registration form, you do not need to bring that ticket with you to the class. You will be admitted without any ticket.
If you’ve never been to the LSBHI office, it’s not too hard to find. You enter the parking lot of the restaurant on Essen. If you’re coming from I-10, the parking lot entrance is before Benny’s Car Wash on the left.
Drive past the first building (the restaurant) to the next building where the LSBHI office is located. Enter through the front doors (which face Essen) and the office is the first one on the left. You can’t miss the sign!
The address is 5211 Essen Ln, Suite 9, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.
BE ADVISED that there are red light cameras on Essen Lane.
Do not run any lights!
By the way, if you’ve never been to the LSBHI office, you should really consider going to at least one of the quarterly board meetings. They are (usually) quite interesting, as you get to see some of the mistakes that get other inspectors in trouble, which may help to keep you out of trouble in the future!
