Thank You Sir

Personalization: the process of making something suitable for the needs of a particular person.
(Cambridge dictionary).

The word personalization used to be taboo in the world of business. A company produced one thing, and that was that. You got what you got, and you liked it.

Thank you sir, may I have another?

Kevin Bacon, Animal House, 1978

Today’s world is all about personalization. Order what you want, when you want it, and have it shipped anywhere in the world, in two days or less!

Thinking that every customer is the same (and treating them that way), is a sure path to bankruptcy.

Now, more than ever, it’s imperative that we know, understand, and care about each and every client. They’re all different, and have different wants and needs.

The business that’s best able to figure out those needs and position their services accordingly is the one that’s still going to be here tomorrow.
