No matter what we think we’re lacking in, there’s good news:
It’s quite likely that we can get better.
Almost everything in life is a skill. And if it’s a skill, that means that we can get better at it through practice.
Of course, some things aren’t skills. No amount of practice is going to make us taller or able to jump over a 2-story building.
But almost everything else is a skill that we can work on and improve.
Therefore, we’re left with a big question:
How much do we want it and how hard are we willing to work to achieve our goals?
