LITIGATION FEES:
Expert Witness Testimony by Deposition: $200/hr. (Minimum 8 hours: $1600)
Expert Witness Testimony for Arbitration Proceedings: $200/hr. (Minimum 8 hours: $1600)
Expert Witness Testimony by Court Appearance: $200/hr. (Minimum 8 hours: $1600)
(PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 5 WORING DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPEARANCE)
Additional Inspections / Services
Inspections for Legal Cases are billed depending upon the size of the home. Call for exact price. (Minimum $950)
Additional Services (conference calls, office meetings, research, etc.) billed at $150/hr.
($300 minimum for office meetings)
Note: Billing for office meetings includes travel time round trip from Baton Rouge metro
Per Diem per day (for overnight stays) billed at $200
Postage and Handling (Certified Mail or Fed Ex) $50
