Things go wrong all the time. If we could make a career out of problems, we’d all be millionaires!
When faced with our seemingly never-ending predicaments, we’ve got an important choice to make. Do we simply jump into action, responding to the problem and putting out the fire, or do we try something different?
We can take the path of least resistance and just make the immediate problem go away, or we can take some initiative to get to the root of the problem.
We can work to change things for the better. Make our process better. Make our documentation better. Make our website better. Make our communication better. Make our product better.
Do a little extra work now, and maybe, just maybe, we can eliminate some of the same problems in the future.
