Many jobs out there are cookie cutter: easily replicable by someone else in the industry. We’re all doing (pretty much) the same thing across our field.
So, what is it that proves to be the difference between someone who’s wildly successful and someone who’s just another schmo schlepping the same stuff as everyone else?

It’s going above and beyond the job description.
It’s recognizing what a client needs in that moment and doing everything in our power to give it to them.
It’s adding a little bit of magic to an otherwise drab and routine interaction.
That little bit extra is what separates the great businesses from everyone else.
