The Real Inconvenient truth

Quality is inconvenient.

Exceeding expectations is inconvenient.

Putting our best out there is inconvenient.

Giving our client more value than they feel like they’re paying for is inconvenient.

Doing more than we’re required to do so that we can be one of the best in our industry is inconvenient.

It’s easy to be just another run of the mill business. We simply do only what we’re required to do and stay right there at the bottom of the barrel with all the other businesses.

The truth is that being anything other than “just like everyone else” is inconvenient.

But isn’t that what we signed up for?

Winners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they’re making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And that’s the difference.
