As we head into 2024, let’s take a moment to look back on our successes and failures of the past year and learn what we can from 2023 before we put it to rest.
Hopefully, we’ve all had some measure of success this past year, even though, from a real estate perspective, it wasn’t that great.
It’s certain that we’ve had some failures, but ideally we learned some valuable lessons along the way that will help carry us through those inevitable tough times ahead. Maybe, one day, we’ll even be thankful that we experienced those failures, when their lessons help keep us safe from even greater frustrations.
Goodbye 2023 and hello 2024.

My new idea!
While I’ve enjoyed these last two years of daily postings, this year I’ll be trying out a new idea. Starting next Friday, I’ll be sending out a new “Featured Friday” newsletter. This will be a short email that will showcase the best new things that come across my desk. Cool tools and gadgets, amazing apps and software, thought-provoking books and ideas, and anything else that I think you’d be interested in knowing.
