We’ve all been there. Maybe we’re just starting out and don’t yet know what the hell we’re doing. Maybe we’ve got lots of experience, but we’re stumped by this one crazy thing we’ve never seen before (and hopefully never see again).
We’ve all, at one time or another, needed a helping hand.
So, how come most of us don’t want to help the other inspectors in our market?
Are we afraid of the competition? Afraid that someone is going to make more money than us? Afraid that someone’s going to take our piece of the pie?
If we know what we’re doing, we’ve got a solid business, and we’re trusted by our clients, then we’ve got nothing to worry about from other inspectors.
And if not? Then, apparently, we’ve still got some work to do.
