My family went out to eat a few times this week, and the differences I noticed in the restaurants were striking.
One place we went, it was easy to tell that the people working there cared. They cared about their place of business. They cared about the food they served. They cared about each other. They cared about their customers and they cared about the experience those customers were having at their restaurant.
Another place we went, not so much.
Guess which place we’ll be frequenting more in the future?
We spend a lot of our time trying to figure out different tricks and techniques we can use to increase our business.
Why don’t we just spend some time caring?
