When we’re the only game in town, things are sweet. Our life is easy. Everything seems to be going our way.
But, if we’re having even a modicum of good fortune in our business, we won’t be the only game in town for long. Nothing gives rise to imitators more quickly than a successful business venture.
Build it and they will come… to challenge our position. They always do.
At that point, there’s only two ways for us to go: up or down.
We can up our game or we can go down on our prices.
Which way we go is entirely up to us.
Be ready, because they’re gonna come.
