Don’t Get It Wrong

It’s a difficult hurdle for small business owners: finally hiring someone else to do what we’ve been doing all along.

We already know the ropes.

It’s gonna take too much time to train someone else.

No one’s gonna do it as well as me.

It’s just easier this way.

Why should I trust someone else to do my job?

But, eventually, we all reach to point of saturation. We hit the productivity wall. We physically, emotionally, and spiritually can’t squeeze any more into our already packed schedule.

It’s at this point that we’ve got to make our choice.

Are we going to branch out, bringing on new employees and growing our business, or are we content to fly solo and do what we do by ourself?

There’s no right or wrong answer here.

Just what’s right for us.

And that’s the part we don’t want to get wrong.
