Choosing to Say No

It can be difficult, especially when we start out, to say no to business.

We’ve got to remember that the best clients, and the ones that will be best for us going forward, are the ones who’s values line up with ours; who are on the same page with us; who are looking to get similar results from their home inspection.

Doing so means more satisfied clients, happier agents, fewer future problems, more referral business, and (most importantly) a happier business owner (us)!

The best customer is always the one who’s going to be content with the service that we’re going to provide. Choose your clientele wisely and they’re sure to chose you.
