What are we trying to do?
What is it that we’re looking to accomplish?
Do we even know why we’re doing this?
Before we can worry about what to charge for our services, we’ve got to figure our what it is we’re doing. What is it that we’re looking to get out of our business? If we’re trying to raise a young family of five on our salary, we’ve got vastly different priorities from someone who’s looking to stay involved and engaged during their retirement years.
We need to ask ourselves questions before we can get any answers.
What amount of money do we need for our business to be successful; for us to be happy; to make it all worth our while?
Once we’ve figured out what it is we’re looking for, then we can go about trying to figure out how to get there.
