Feelings matter.
Rarely do any of us make a decision that isn’t influenced by the way we feel.
If a young student is trying to choose between two colleges, the weather on the day they visit, how friendly the tour guide is, and how beautiful the scenery was on the ride to the campus all play a part in their decision.
How they feel about those events, which in the grand scheme of things probably have nothing to do with how good an education they’ll receive, ends up influencing their decision.
How we make our clients feel, the way we look, the way we act, the persona we portray, and the empathetic bond we create, influences the decision that they’re going to make about our services.
If our goal is to have a better business, it begins with making better feelings.
