Do we really love what we do for a living? If we do, then we transform from just being a person with a job into something akin to being an artist. We get to create something beautiful every day of our career.
What if we don’t love what we do? Then we’re not creating; we’re just working. We’re simply earning a living, trying to get away with doing as little as humanly possible until we can punch the clock and run out the front door.
The worker gives as little as they can while the artist is trying to give more than anyone thought they could.
